This just in... Scrap Apple Quilts is putting on a silent auction to raise money for Ben. This is from their Facebook page:

One of our customers son, Ben Wolverton, age 16, was in a tragic long-boarding accident on April 4, 2013. He suffers from severe brain trauma, a cracked skull, broken pelvis and tail bone, burnt knees, bruised lungs, broken ear drums, road rash, pneumonia, and is currently in a coma. His family has no insurance.

Scrap Apple Quilts will hold a silent auction Saturday, April 13th 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. to raise money for the Wolverton family to help with medical expenses. There will be a variety of quilts to bid on. Spread the word to all your family, friends, and neighbors. Proceeds from the auction will be donated to his recovery fund.
