Update on Ben Wolverton
It has now been sixty days since Ben fell from his longboard.
He returned home on Friday and promptly asked to go the Mongolian grill. I was surprised at how well he is learning to walk. He still needs a walker, or someone to hold his arm, but he's very mobile for someone who said, just last week, "I can't figure out how I ever learned to walk the first time."
On Saturday, Ben had friends over to talk, and then we went to see Ironman 3 in the evening. For the first time in two months, Ben stayed up for the whole day, without a nap.
Then, today, we went to church in the morning. One fellow at church introduced himself as one of the EMT's who first responded when Ben fell and got life-flighted to Las Vegas. So Ben has come a long way.
